This course is for students who have attained an intermediate level of oral proficiency. This course improves the ability to speak, comprehend, read and write to an advanced level. It will be conducted entirely in Spanish and assumes an active command of the basic structures of Spanish and the ability to participate in Spanish conversation and composition. It emphasizes current events as well as other topics of culture through poetry, drama and literature of Spain and the Americas.
Prerequisite(s): SPA 202 Native speakers should take the Spanish Placement Test to determine their level and the courses they may take for credit
