CRJ 265 - Criminal Law and Procedure Credits: 3 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 0 A study of federal, state and local law that provides an understanding of the nature and scope of those statutes that law enforcement personnel are mandated to enforce. This will include not only crimes traditionally referred to as ‘street crime’, but also with equal emphasis on the nature, extent and enforcement of white collar crime. Prerequisite(s): CRJ 141 or permission of the department
